The staff are very friendly and helpful and deserve a 5 star rating. The rooms are very clean with proper air conditioning and the daily cleaning service maintains the rooms well. They also try to educate the guests on saving water by incentivising the goal. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to hamburger straɓe and hence offers easy access to most places. The breakfast serves a wide spread of food along with honey from their own honey combs. This hotel keeps up with the Accor name and is a very nice stay.

the room was spacious, clean & comfortable. the shower was also good. the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety, & the staff were all very gracious.

My hard to please mum loved the stay in Ibis Styles Hamburg hotel. Spacious rooms and bathroom with bath, shower and hair dryer in shared family room for 4. Modern and coulourful design cheered her up and had peaceful sleep in comfy beds.

Where to start? First off, Hamburg is a delight in every way. Nature everywhere? Check Vibrant city core? Check Lots to see and shopping? Check Nightlife? (Not quite my thing as a solo woman) but seems a Check. Now, the hotel ibis is the icing on the cake. I think I can sum it up by saying I became a member. Yup, got a member rate immediately when booked another city. ibis all the way, if possible. Heading to ibis Dresden after this ibis Hamburg Alister stay. The hotel is immaculate. The people are of the best quality - from the GM to front desk, dining staff, and room attendants - every interaction was the best. They really care and go above and beyond. I know how trite that sounds, but the truth is the truth. And the food, yummy. Coffee is best quality, even for a coffee snob like me. I just feel comfortable and I can take a sigh like I'm home kinda vibe. The rooms are spacious, everything you need in the washroom already. The locations seem to be very convenient for walking from main train stations if you're like me. Parking too if you drive. Oh, and the price can't be beat for quality and above comments.

Clean big room,hotel location was perfect with two supermarkets nearby and the train station. I like the fact that the reception had a Children's play corner

The room was actually two separate rooms inside. The best for a family with kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was also great.

Nice green neighborhood and close to the train. Staff were really friendly and honest as we forgot a gift basket on a chair at check in and they kept it safe until the next day without knowing who left it.

The breakfast was very good and even had scrambled eggs. The room was nice and even had air conditioning. The area is very quiet which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location - close to the S-bahn, very good connection to the city centre. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
